Bad cold a sign of pregnancy? HAS THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE?

It started a runny nose like 3 days ago.. now i have a bad cough.. very tired are very sore, been dizzy lately and throwing up... everybody keeps sayin i am pregnant but it could be that i have a cold or something else right... i mean it is rare for me to get sick or anything like that.. period is due tomorrow... i have just felt soo congested lately... but i mean besides all the symptoms i feel good not feeling like crap... any suggestions
