well.I'm not sure but i think he does like u.if u like him back than ask him out or ask him if he likes u.its very simple.Lots of people say that i am pretty.and so lots of guys,they bug me and they tease me sometimes.they flirt with me.so of course he likes u.REMEMBER if a guy always acts like u said the guy u said about,then ya he likes ya.good luck!=)
