In my workplace i had to attend a investigatory meeting investigating allegations that have been made relating

to my conduct. I went to this meeting and put my side of the story accross. I've had to do a statement of my account and now they say i will hear there verdict in writing in 5 days concerning if disciplinary action is going to be taken.What are the disciplinary actions they may take. I feel i'm innocent. So fed up. Please advise me. Know i need to get union involved if happens but want to know what they could do?.
