Going through puberty, should I have all of these emotions?

The other day I just burst out into tears for nothing, is this normal? I thought that only happened during menopause! And now tonight I started crying because my Dad made a joke. What is wrong with me? HELP! All answers are greatly appreciated! Thanks and God bless you all!
