Can overmasturbation make me sterile?

I am a 14 years old boy and ive been masturbating since 1 year. I usually masturbate 4 times a week. Recently i noticed that my ejaculation is delayed a few seconds. There isnt any change in my sperms colour. Does this mean tthat im sterile. I WANT ANSWERS FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME PLEASE AND KNOW THAT THEY R NOT STERILE.
