Is there a way to get a list of C standard functions using the Terminal?

A terminal does not say much, which OS and editor are you using. some editors recognize the help or help keyword command. But this is not a globally accepted command. You can use the compiler compile the code you got so far and look at the error message in general it tells you what you are doing wrong.
