Need Ideas for a Spanish Project?

Hi! I have an ignment where I need to make a Spanish related ornament. It has to be symbolical. I need some ideas because there aren't many on the internet (at least not many that are original). My teacher said she's tired of the same things every year! Please help! Every response is appreciated =]. Oh and it has to be hand made so nothing too complicated.
