On what episode did Angela and Hodgins break up?

I'm just now catching up to where bones is currently by renting the season disks from blockbuster, but I feel like I missed an episode, because all of a sudden Angela and Hodgins are broken up!!! I found out that it was the episode where Angela's "husband" came to sign the divorce papers, but I didn't see this one, so I was wondering if anyone knows the season and disc number, the episode title, and where I can watch it online for free.
