Please Help Me Find My Father?

Hello everyone. I am trying desperately to help my 14 year old cousin find a photo of his father. He is at that age of curiousity and wants to know what his dad looks like. We don't expect miracles, and we are not trying to pull a "Maury-You are the Father/Child Support type of thing". All we want is a photo or ways to find one. We know his full name and social, the last known place he lived, and we know that he is in the National Guard. Please help us. Any serious suggestions are greatly appreciated.
