VERY concern what is going to happen?

Your friend is just stupid. I will never understand why some people don�t appreciate that they can have kids and don�t take proper care of themselves when they are pregnant. There are people who would do literally anything to be able to conceive. All you can do is tell her she should stop harming the baby (not receiving care IS harming the baby) and maybe offer some financial or other help if you�re both comfortable with it.
