I like science & math, but I hate guts and cubicles. Is there any job out there for me?

It's only freshman year, but I want to go to college doing something I love so I need to plan NOW. Except, I don't know what I love yet. I like math and science and I want a job where I can - how do I say this? - show off my ... intellect...? But I do not want a job behind a desk. I do NOT want a cubicle. And I do NOT look at guts. I do NOT have patience for people or children. I like working alone. Does anyone have any ideas?
